"We had a pleasant weekend, even though it was storming with rain. The cottage was cosy in the setup, and had everything which we needed- perfect for a romantic getaway. I give it 4 stars, because the room was ice-cold. The was an aircon- we tried to turn the temperature up for some heat- but that did not work. A heater, or a heating facility would be great- that's why my review is 1 star short of 5 :) The farm manager was friendly, and due to the storm the main source of power tripped, and a wine tasting which was scheduled for us had to be cancelled, but the lovely lady, Anastacia, was kind enough to give us a complimentary bottle of wine, as a gesture of apology, and to wish my partner and I, well for our anniversary. That was so sweet of her. Thank you for a lovely stay! We wish to return in the summer time. "

The romantic suite is a spacious room with all you require for your stay. Beautiful large bathroom and great corner bath.
If you're a dog lover then you are in for a treat. We were welcomed by the very friendly manager and their dog Khaleesi, who is so friendly and just melts your heart.

Surely a place to visit if you enjoy quiet surroundings and alone time with a delicious picnic basket which you can get upon request.
