Situated just outside of Port Elizabeth, Whales Way Lodge is the ideal holiday and business destination. A few moments’ walk from the beach, the lodge overlooks the sandy shores of Blue Water Bay. Southern right and humpback whales are often spotted in season.

Whether you choose to stay in one of our self-caterings units or luxurious bed and breakfast rooms, you are assured of a safe, secure environment in which to relax and unwind. Blue Water Bay Resort is close to all the amenities of a bustling coastal city, with plenty of shopping malls and night-time activities in the city to keep all entertained. Tourist attractions such as the Addo Elephant Park and Seaview Lion Park are easily and quickly reachable via vehicle. The resort offers guests a tranquil and peace environment with a beautiful sunrise and the invigorating sea air awaiting your arrival.

Self-catering Units (12 units) each unit has private braai areas for your convenience and the kitchens are well equipped with fridges and microwave ovens. All the bathrooms in the chalets have showers. The chalets are serviced daily with all bedding and towels provided as well the necessary crockery and cutlery, and tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and are comfortably decorated, providing a relaxing environment after spending a day out. DSTV, fridges and desks are provided in each room as well as complimentary tea and coffee facilities. A delicious breakfast is served daily in the spacious dining room.

Establishment facilities include: airport shuttle, laundry facilities, braai/barbecue, swimming pool, satellite TV and parking on premises.

Please note:
* No smoking indoors.
* No unauthorized visitors, only person allowed in the property is the paying guest (the right of admission is reserved).
* No picking of flowers or any other plants.
* No excessive noise or disturbances.
* Noisy activities to be ceased after 21:00 during weekdays (except Christmas and New Years).
* Small children under the age of 10 years old must be accompanied by one of their parents in the swimming pool area.
* Guest will respect the privacy of the other guests and are not allowed in other rooms unless invited by the resident of the room.
* Any damages is to be reported immediately and is for your account.
* Baby cot on request.
* Meals on request, breakfast, lunch packs and dinner (catering for all meal requirements - Halaal, etc.).
