"I am a long distance walker from America traveling from Cape Town to mt. Kilimanjaro. During my travels I stopped into Tzaneen for a short repose. After an awful overnight experience at another establishment in town - which shall remain nameless- I transferred over to Christie's.
The room was small, in a cozy way, and possessed charm. It also came with several small things that make a weary traveler feel civilized or better yet, looked after. For instance a cookie on the clean and well spread bed, friendly staff, or the complementary pack of hygiene products (q-tips, floss etc). These things may not mean a lot to most but they gave me at least some small sense of being at home. And obviously the luxuries of DSTv and a swimming pool speak for themselves.
All in all I highly recommend.
