Staff were courteous and welcoming as well as willing and able to answer any queries.

Geyser on time switch--we went to concert and upon arrival back (cold and wet) looking forward to a hot shower -found the water to be ice cold and also no plug for basin??

Top marks to Valley Lodge for decor, service, hospitality, linen, bathrooms, everything was indeed first class and above expectation.
Not one detail was overlooked, it was like staying in a 5 star luxury hotel and on top of everything the breakfast was superb, the staff wonderful and the owners most hospitable and friendly too.
The rooms are beautifully decorated; each one has an individual theme. Location is convenient.
I shall most certainly be recommending this establishment to all my friends and will have no hesitation in using Rooms for Africa on my next trip."
