The homes are provided with a monitored, armed response alarm system albeit that the homes are situated in a historically low crime free area. It is suggested that you do not leave the homes disarmed during the day or night when not occupying the homes. Bedrooms are spacious with a variety of double and twin bed formations to choose from. Linen is provided with pillows and extra blankets for chilly winter evenings. Bathrooms are either full family with bath and shower or shower or bath only. Bath and beach towels are provided for guests. Fully equipped kitchens come with reliable appliances to make your self-catering holiday fun and carefree. The homes each have a television in the main communal lounge areas which include a DVD player and DSTV Decoder. A smartcard is provided with access to a full DSTV Bouquet.

Each home has garaging for your motor vehicles. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor entertainment. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Franskraal, a modest seaside village bordering the White Shark mecca of South Africa, Gansbaai is home to several artists and skilled craftsmen and women who hone their skills in this unassuming town with its endless pristine sand beach and prime fishing spots. A birders paradise, Franskraal’s long white sandy beach crosses the outlet of the Uilkraals Estuary which will keep avid birders happy for hours. For the intrepid hiker there’s the Groot Melkhoutbos Trail which is open to the public with interesting birds and plants to spot along this beautiful hike. On the edge of the coastline of Franskraal is the historical Strandveld Museum with the largest collection of relics of the HMT Birkenhead which was wrecked at Danger Point in 1852.
