Wilde Paarde Kloof is a working fruit farm situated 3.7km north of Ashton at the foot of the Langeberg Mountain, only 180km away from Cape Town and 250km from George. Four fully self-catering units are surrounded by spectacular mountain views within a peaceful country environment.

Old Farmhouse is a historical farmhouse from the 18th century, which has been lovingly renovated (with Wi-Fi and DSTV). There may sleep 8 people in 2 ensuite, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double/queen and a single bed and 2 single beds in the living room. There are an outdoor and indoor fireplace.

Aloe dated from 1903 and is annex to the office, but private with its own entrance (with Wi-Fi and DSTV). There may sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is in the loft and the staircase to the loft may be dangerous for small children. Two bathrooms is central in the unit.

Vinkel is a cozy cottage with outdoor and indoor fireplaces, Wi-Fi and DSTV, sleeps 2 guests in a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bath.

Koljander is a cozy cottage with outdoor and indoor fireplaces, Wi-Fi and DSTV, sleeps 2 guests in 2 single beds or can be easily converted to a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Ashton is situated on the R62, between Robertson and Swellendam. It is an important wine producing and fruit processing centre and home to five wineries and two large canneries. At Wilde Paarde Kloof you can book activities like hands-on harvest, hands-on beekeeping, a tractor ride or a bush braai.
