The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini oven and grill and microwave. There is a full fridge with freezer. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a spacious shower with lots of hot water and fluffy towels for your use.

There is a walk-in dressing area with plenty of storage for clothes and a suitcase.

The apartment is close to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre with restaurants, cinemas and a variety of shops right on your doorstep. The M3 highway close by gives you easy access to all major tourist attractions.

Groote Schuur Hospital and the Red Cross Children's Hospital are close by as well as the Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals. The Cape Fertility Clinic is an easy walk from the apartment.

The famous Newlands Rugby and Cricket stadium are also within walking distance of the apartment should you want to go and watch any cricket or rugby games whilst in Cape Town.

The apartment is safe and secure and has its own allocated parking bay.
