I would love it if you can increase the operating hours of the restaurant,we arrived their from Johannesburg and we were hungry but the restaurant was closed. it will be a good thing to have it open for the guests who are travelling at night since all the main restaurants in Ficksburg doesn't open at night. or it will also be good to have your own catering instead of a restaurants,it is a bit confusing that you saying there is room service while your restaurant is closing. we slept with hunger because we arrived after 10pm. consider those visitors travelling from far as in like Joburg/durban etc were there are no places to stop and buy food, we were hoping to eat at the guest house. My second concern is that the receptionist told us that the guest house doesn't allow visitors but only the person who booked the room even if they not sleeping over, the visitors are not even allowed to go the room as they will be charged. i personally fee likel that rule is a bit too strict as sometimes we would like to keep our guests company and ensure that they are fine and have everything they need.also in a situation we found ourselves in on Thursday were we didn't have food, we had to get people who know Ficksburg to bring us food but they were told to leave the rooms as they will be charged.for Breakfast, it will be good if people have options to choose on, as some people are allergic to some food.

Unfortunately the Restaurant is closed after 22h00 in the evening as well as the gates.

And no visitors is allowed in the rooms. My guestÕs and staffÕs safety and wellbeing is very important to us.



Your late arrival( After 22h00) wasnÕt arranged with us. Otherwise we could have prepared you a dinner waiting for you in your rooms.

"I was under pressure from my partner because of the late bookings,my partner's family was joining us on the trip and I had to make it happen,I knew that I could always rely on rooms4africa, I have used rooms4africa for bookings and it never disappoints.

On Saturday the 4th April 2015, we spent most of the day at Golden Gate and Clarens, it was packed and the my guests were taken by the beauty of the two places and worried that we didn't get to book at those places. We left Clarens rather later and only arrived at Ficksburg at 20:00pm, the surprise on the faces of my guests when we arrived at Imperani guesthouse indicated that I did it again...I looked like the hero, thanks to rooms4africa for making me look good.

Imperani guesthouse was fantastic, from reception, to the dining place, to the rooms, the service was excellent and friendly staff. The place is well located and easy to find, enough parking space, very clean, safe and homely.

It is my place of choice whenever I go back to ficksburg, a last minute booking of excellence. "

The restaurant was excellent, the food good. My feeling from my three days in Ficksburg that it is probably the best in town.

All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were made very much to feel "at home".

If we ever return to the area we would certainly want to stay there again.
