"As suggested by the title, our party were only sorry that we had chosen to stay only one night at Altes Landhaus Country Lodge on our trip up the Garden Route. Had we known what a wonderfully relaxing place it was we would have altered our itinerary to increase the length of our stay.

The accommodation was perfect with superbly appointed suites and immaculate gardens and pool area. The staff were very welcoming and discreetly efficient and made you feel that nothing was too much trouble.

We only hope that we can return one day for an extended visit to take full advantage of the soothing ambience of Altes Landhaus."

""Altes Landhaus Country Lodge, which was recomended to us,is set in beautiful, well-kept gardens,with a clean,well cared for, swimming pool with clean towels daily on all the sunbeds.

The accomodation is immaculately luxurious,spacious and fresh.Our Hosts and their staff were at all times polite ,cheerful and most helpful.

The choice of food was excellent and the service could not be faulted.

We have already sent four other couples to stay there who fell in love with it. We also intend to return there in April 2007.""
