"We stayed at the Seringa Lodge for one night, just before heading back to Europe, and it was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable.
We arrived after a long car journey, it was a winter day and we loved arriving to a quiet beautiful lodge with a fire lighten in the fireplace. The personnel was nice and very discrete, which participated to the peaceful, relaxing experience for us...
Bedrooms are beautiful and beds very large and comfortable. We were a family of 4, and got 2 communicating rooms with nice en-suite for the parents and a lovely children bedroom with bunk beds, books for the kids and views on the pretty garden and swimming pool. The kids also loved their stay there. I warmly recommend this place. "

Breakfast was amazing and the attentiveness of the staff was unmatched to any place I've ever stayed. I had to leave by 7:00 my last morning there and Celcia and Neli still had me breakfast ready to go at 6:30. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a lovely stay at Seringa Lodge, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the wonderful meals prepared by Roger and Cecilia and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. "

"Fabulous"

(South Africa) Chantal Geldenhuys

"Seringa Lodge was fabulous, we felt so at home, all the comforts you can ask for.

Thanks to Cecelia for letting us come in earlier. Our stay was far too short.

We'll most definitely be back for another adventure weekend in Hazyview and Sabie."

"Excellent stopover to the Park"

(United States) Mr. Ed Quibell

"We only had one night at Seringa Lodge and it is a gem. The owners take real pride in the property and it shows. We were a large group (10) and they prepared a wonderful meal for us. They even catered for our four vegetarians. The accommodation was superb and the whole place was beautiful and clean...."

We were guided very helpfully and friendly via cell phone to find the place easily. When we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly owners. The food was excellent as was our stay - and it was not expensive.

Thank you Seringa - we enjoyed our stay.

Regards,
Tinus, Elmare and Vicki"

Cecelia's culinary skills are ‘mwah’! And her friendliness just lends itself to that 'unwinding' atmosphere. Roger is a walking encyclopaedia about animals (big and small) -
A stay at Seringa Lodge is therefore highly recommended.
Oh, and Lexington the Alsatian, loves attention (and a titbit)!

"Seringa Lodge is very conveniently placed for visiting Mpumalanga and the Kruger National Park. The accommodation is spacious and has all the facilities required, including a small bar where one helps oneself to drinks, a dinning area, and a TV area with DSTV and a lounge with open fireplace which contained a cheery wood fire each evening. The hostess Cecilia was very friendly and obviously has good catering skills. We had a different breakfast on the two mornings that we were there and had good evening meals at the conveniently placed local restaurants. The only thing I avoided was the pool as it was a bit too cool for me. The "no cats" refers to the fact that we didn't see any in the Kruger and Seringa Lodge is definitely a doggy place. I am definitely thinking of returning when I take a holiday with my wife later this year."

A very idyllic setting, beautiful, large garden, tasteful and elegant ‘African style’ furnishings. There is a nice and cozy terrace to sit and have a drink as well as excellent meals on....everything very well-kept plus owner, staff and dogs were very friendly.

Fantastic value for money - also when it comes to the delicious home cooked dinners, using ingredients from their own garden! We will be sure to come back when returning to this area and can recommend Seringa to everybody!

"Excellent!"
