"My daughter, Anneli and I had the pleasure of staying at Chez Vincent Guest House & Restaurant during the Easter weekend as we have been invited to a wedding in White River on Saturday the 7th.
A friend of mine recommended Rooms for Africa in our search for accommodation as that part of Mpumalanga was unfamiliar to us.
Anneli, being quite a world traveler had her misgivings on choosing lodgings only by viewing a few thumbnail photos, but what a lovely surprise we had! The setting really is beautiful and very quiet, seeing that it is situated in the busy Nelspruit.
Our rooms were clean with a Mediterranean feel and although it was a long weekend and they had many guests, it never felt crowded.
Sara was the perfect hostess, seeing to one's needs (such as providing an umbrella during a sudden downpour) without fussing.
And the food! Superbly prepared and served (the best trout I've had for quite some time) and what is more, they catered for Anneli, a vegetarian, seemingly without effort.
Add to all this, that fact that their tariff really was reasonable, and you can understand why we will recommend Chez Vincent Guest House & Restaurant to all our family and friends! "

What we would like to have improved:
- The rooms are left with open windows daily, thus aircon switched off leaving us with more than an hour to get the room to a comfortable temperature on return
- Certain basics were missing; dish clothes (none brought after request), not enough pillows for a family, double plugs
- Bathroom would have been great with a bath for the family rooms
- There was litter under the beds from a previous occupant.

This is a very reasonably priced establishment that is the perfect stay in Nelspruit. Will most certainly like to visit this area more often and therefore would not even consider another establishment.
