"Wonderful hosts, Di and George were both very friendly and helpful. They know their area well. The accommodation was great, everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and there are facilities such as air conditioner, TV with DSTV, mini fridge, etc. The lodge is on a macadamia nut farm, surroundings is lovely and relaxing. They have swans and ducks on the premises, a koi pond, as well as a bird cage with tiny birds. There is a big swimming pool right next to the lapa where you can sit and relax, you can braai as well with either the gas braai or the normal braai stand using coal. Breakfast every morning was tasty and very filling, with a variety of food. I would definitely recommend this place to friends who are visiting White River in future."
