This light & sunny house is a 1 minute walk to the quiet beach. After a day out swimming & exploring you can return for a snooze in the afternoon sun, play soccer with the kids on the lawn, enjoy a drink on the balcony, light a fire & enjoy the sun set. Soak up nature & connect with your loved ones. The house is very private.

The sunlight floods through the kitchen in the morning where you can enjoy your breakfast on the back balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea. The living area with big dining table is open plan with very comfy couches, lots of board games, docking station and blankets for chilly evenings. A new wood burning fireplace sits centre stage in the living area. Big windows, and sliding doors lead out from downstairs rooms and also the upstairs balcony with Weber and plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or eating outside. The space is lovely for 1 or 2 families with up to 5 children: Either - 4 adults with 4/5 children or - maximum 6 adults with 2/3 children or - Romantic escape for 2 as the king bedroom is upstairs.

There is a big secure garden for kids to play and explore, wood burning fireplace inside, fire pit / BBQ area in the back garden, and upstairs balcony with Weber BBQ and retractable awning for shade.

We also offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods), tea & instant coffee with sugar provided, bath towels, beach towels & umbrella, docking station for music, basket full of outdoor toys, balls, bats, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron etc. Please bring a laptop for evening movies; we have lots of DVD’s.

Room 1 has 1x king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Room 2 leads out into the garden and has 1x queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Room 3 leads out into the garden and has 1x double bed, 3x single beds (bunkbeds), and an ensuite bathroom with shower & basin with separate loo. The rooms have cotton linen, soap, shampoo, and cupboards with hangers. We have no TV’s.

Please note:
***The balance is to be paid 10 days prior to arrival; if it is not paid we will consider this as a cancellation, unless special arrangements have been made with Beach Break directly.
***If you book within 10 days of arrival the full amount must be paid.
***Check in times is 14:30 -18:00.
***Daily Cleaning service is on request, at an additional cost.
*** Children aged between 0 and 18 stay free.

"Beach Break is a beautifully and comfortably appointed house in a fantastic position. We really loved the different outside spaces on the property; balconies and garden. The kitchen is great and provided us with absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We also loved the fact that we could walk to cafe's and deli's for breakfasts, coffees, beers and evening meals and provisions. The beach and surrounds were great for exploring. Sue was incredibly helpful before, during and after our stay. Thank you so much. We would love to return."
