We were then given a larger room; so we actually gained through this mishap. The room we ended up having was spacious with a full kitchen and a TV with a complete DStv bouquet. The rooms and the bathroom were also kept clean and inviting. The atmosphere of the farm was so calming, and the view of the beautiful hillside really lets one's nerves at ease. It's also close enough to Vryheid if you'd want to quickly go grab something to eat or drink, but far enough that you can appreciate the stillness and tranquillity of the surrounding farmland. All in all I'm a bit disappointed at the double booking, but I am more than happy to go back again. We really had a pleasant stay. If you don't mind the odd rooster giving you a wakeup call, I would recommend this as a wonderful destination."
