The self-catering "red"chalet that we stayed in, was comfortable and very modern, which resulted in feelings of contentment and peace. Everything worked!
We had a 3-course meal at their restaurant on the Saturday evening. The meal (especially the main course - line-fish with prawns, mussels, pasta and veggies steamed/cooked in their secret creamy sauce was absolutely divine!
We hope to visit again, but this time, we want to stay longer, so that we can see and experience everything that they have to offer!"

Warm welcome from Nathalie and Marc in late afternoon, a friendly chat about SA and the world cup, then an excellent dinner and the cherry on the cake was the drive up the mountain to the luxurious tents.

Our hosts in Thaba Pitsi were extremely obliging, attentive to the smallest detail and full of wise advice. The setting was a bit unusual, having to drive 10 mins to go to your bedroom was new to us but the drive itself was an amazing experience and the night in the 'tents' was an unforgettable moment. So much so that we decided to extend our stay. The place is extremely safe and I had no second thought to leave my wife alone and go to Polokwane for the World Cup game (game unfortunately lost against Slovakia) and she had the chance to see some wild life coming near her tent. The accommodation was spotless and the breakfast at the Zebra coffee was always enjoyable.

We will surely go again to Thaba Pitsi.
