"ÒA perfectly located establishment, tucked in between the Mountains of Stellenbosch and its renowned vineyards, our stay at Clouds Estate was completely magical.

I travel often enough to know when a place truly is a small paradise. Though their brochure and pictures are beautiful, it still cannot describe how Clouds Estate fits and strives to exceed its benchmark. The interior design of the room and the dining area are modern, relaxing, and comforting.

I stayed in a stunning room with amazing mountain views that could compel you for hours. The luxurious room was fitted with everything expected at a 5 Star establishment; heated-flooring and -towel racks, and even a docking station and charger for my iPhone, they have thought of it all.

In the evening we were in the Jacuzzi sipping on a complimentary bottle of Clouds Estate Wine while watching the stars, a truly romantic occasion I will never forget. We ordered a DVD from the reception desk and when it arrived we were given complimentary popcorn, which I thought to be the cutest thing ever. The staff were genuinely pleasant - always making us feel at home and welcome.

The breakfast was really good, serving a variety of cold and hot meals. Though they do not serve lunch and dinner, our room was equipped with the menus of top restaurants within a short drive. The ideal location to spoil your special someone and you will definitely get extra Ôbrownie pointsÕ. I would recommend this place to all!

"Firstly thank you very much for affording me this opportunity to offer our personal review on the Cloud Villa Estate which we were so blessed to have stayed at. My husband Bruce and I had booked into the establishment for 2 nights on the 8th and 9th Jan 2010. Bruce and I have travelled to many destinations within South Africa, Africa and overseas. We can confidently say that this establishment has beaten all destinations we have stayed with. We were so impressed with the Cloud Villa Estate owners and staff that we decided to stay another night. When we requested this to the Management we were greeted with such enthusiasm and excitement that we wished to be with them another night. In fact we called our son Grant in Cape Town and told him to come and share the extra day and night with us.

The owners, management and the staff are just out there to make ones stay the BEST that they can. Nothing was ever too much for them. Every extra request we made to them was met with a smile, kindness and a positive attitude. The attention to detail from the Honeymoon suite which Brendon kindly upgraded us with on our arrival without us even asking for the best suite available was done without any extra charge. After being with my husband for 30 years of marriage in April this year, we were delighted with the awesome gesture they gave us.

There were so many times when we asked for lunch if possible and it was bought to our veranda of our suite within minutes of ordering with a friendly smile and enthusiasm. We were offered to have dinner at the establishment if we wished and this was right up there with the top restaurants we have wined and dined in!

We can truly and confidently say that there was absolutely nothing that we could find fault with at Clouds Villa Estate.
