The cottage could do with an electrical kettle, boiling water on the gas stove takes quite some time. Other then that we enjoyed the stay, amazing views of the mountains of Stellebosch and wild life right at our door step. Had a nice braai while watching zebras, giraffes and wild bucks. Pure Africa "

"We loved waking up to the view of buck in the distance. Very comfortable and quiet. Great atmosphere up in the restaurant too. Will come back for a beer tasting. "

"We had a good stay, but unfortunately we had only hot water for 1 shower (also 1 person) per day. After this shower everything around was wet, because there is no shower door. Everything else was good."

Perhaps one extra would be to include a fan to cool the bedroom, although we did visit Stellenbosch during a heat wave and perhaps this is why we still felt the need for the fan despite an air-con."

"We had a really lovely stay and everything was great. The views were absolutely amazing and our room was so clean and tidy, I also loved the indoor fireplace it was so great. We also got to see some game, which was quite nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely go back."
