Fully furnished 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment that can sleep 5 adults + 1 baby. The apartment is equipped with a lounge, dining room and separate kitchen. Nestled on the 25th floor of the building, one enjoys breath-taking 180 degrees sea views from both bedrooms and lounge. It overlooks the main Toti beach, it has private underground parking, and coin-operated laundromat one floor up, communal swimming pool and barbecue area.

Enjoy long walks along the never-ending sandy beach or along the well-lit promenade. Bars, restaurants, gym, canoeing, tenpin bowling are all within walking distance. The parks, golf clubs, driving range, and game parks, are all within a short car drive. The building overlooks waterslides, Olympic size swimming pool and kiddies pool at Inyoni rocks where there is also productive line fishing.

The apartment is not serviced but a casual cleaner can be hired at extra cost via our resident agent. Bath and beach towels are not provided please bring your own.

- There is a refundable security deposit that will be levied.
- There is a non-refundable fee charged for freshly laundered linen, cleaning prior to arrival and resident agent's fees and DSTV.
-Minimum of 3 nights charge over the low season and 7 nights over peak season
