Quite remote, but nice and quiet if that is what you are looking for. Only spoke to the host on the phone and she was nice and polite, but in the two nights we were there they never ventured from the farm to meet us, which was quite disappointing having travelled the length and breadth of the country and having stayed in several Guest Houses on the way to know how hospitable the South Africans are. Also, food was only available before 5.00pm or they offered to cook it and leave it in the lodge as it had full kitchen facilities as well. Only the two girls that worked there we met and they were very polite, friendly and attentive.They are busy tarring the main road near the farm so you currently have about 6kms untarred to contend with which is quite dodgy on a night as we found out and ended up with a knackered exhaust. Nearby there is the Bulls in the Bush pub/lodge/restaurant which is OK. Friendly and good food all the same and very reasonable prices. Nice area, decent people and would recommend the general area. A lot cheaper than staying in Sun City and close to Pilansburg National Park.Thank you"
