Blue Skies Country House offers comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation for 26 people in 11 rooms at realistic prices. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our 2 hectare garden near Kragga Kamma Road with a sparkling salt water pool and abundant bird life.

The Country House is situated on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only 10 minutes away from the Greenacres and Walmer Park shopping malls. A 10 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful beach of Sardinia Bay and many other lovely seaside areas. There are two 9-hole Golf courses within 3 kilometres, the Kragga Kamma Game Park, hiking trails and country restaurants close by. There are numerous wedding venues in close proximity, so it is convenient for brides and bridal parties to prepare in one of our large garden suits or reserve the function room. The garden is lovely for prenuptial photos and also suitable for large groups of out of town guests attending the wedding.

We have been popular with business people needing access to the industrial areas as we are close to the N2. This is also convenient for easy stop overs en route to Cape Town or Durban.

We provide a full English breakfast in our breakfast room overlooking the pool and garden. A 2 course table d'hote dinner is available upon request at R60 per person.

Braai and BBQ facilities are available and guests are welcome to entertain small groups of friends by arrangement.
Our Function room is available for bridal parties to prepare, gatherings, meetings and conferences.

All rooms are non-smoking and Wi-Fi is available.

Room descriptions:
Our Country House accommodation offers 11 daily serviced, sunny rooms, set in a large secure garden. Each room has a private entrance (from the garden), hair dryer, etc. All rooms have 2 single beds. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Guests also have access to swimming pool, braai area and function room with Wi-Fi, books and games etc.

We offer:
2 Regular Rooms: Cozy rooms each with separate, private bathroom, local TV channels and shared guest fridge, microwave, and coffee and tea making facilities. Sleeps 2. Non-smoking. Wi-Fi available in all rooms.

5 En-Suite Rooms: These comfortable rooms with private bathrooms each have microwave, fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. Two rooms have DSTV and three rooms have local TV channels. Sleeps 2. Non-smoking. Wi-Fi available in all rooms.

4 Garden Suite: These are charming, spacious self-contained en-suite units opening on to patios and the pool garden. Each has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge, this is a semi self-cater option with DSTV (hotel package). One unit is wheelchair friendly. Sleeps 2. Non-smoking. Wi-Fi available in all rooms.

Children are charged at R10 per year of age to 12 then full price.

All guests have access to braai facilities and other amenities.
Parking is within a securely fenced garden and vehicles are parked outside the rooms.
We also provide a 2 course evening meal at an additional rate per person - please enquire.

"As my wife became hospitalised at St George's Hospital, St George's Park, Port Elizabeth during the week 25th to 30th January 2016 I originally planned to stay for only two nights.

I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay by another 3 days. I really didn't fancy the daily up and down trips to Jeffreys Bay.

What more could I want, I had a lovely room, DStv, Fridge, etc. and enjoyed scumptious breakfasts.

Thank you to Jackie and Hans for making my stay wonderful. I/we will be back.
