The enquiry, quote and reservation was for two people. You phoned us a day or so prior to their arrival. That was the first time they mentioned that they were two adults and two children. We always charge extra for extra people, even for children.

We do have a family unit for families but that was not available at the time. We don't usually accommodate four in the chalets, even if two are children. We sometimes accommodate three in a chalet by adding a small bed but they preferred a mattress for the safety of the small children.

Old and not good enough for renting out to guests, we had to put the matress on the floor.

My sincere apologies to Mr Langen and SafariNow. There is a small extra bed in the apartment. It is indeed an old small bed and not advertised or rented out to guests. It is only for decoration, clothes and such. Guests could use it for a child if needed, but we would make sure prospective guests are informed.

I did not look at Mr Langens request for a quotation before they arrived and did not have a chalet available for them when they arrived. The apartment has a second bedroom with most comfy beds, but the door to that bedroom was probably closed and I neglected to make Mr Langen aware that there were more beds in the other bedroom. All the beds we sell are very comfy. We are sorry about the oversight!"
