One thing that shocked me was that the hosts were accommodating and caring, and really went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible!
I would recommend this lodge to everyone, you will not be disappointed if u stay here!

The accommodation was first class, the tranquilly and views had a restorative effect. On arrival and throughout our stay we had nothing but friendly and efficient service. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. I was impressed on one occasion when the chef came out to apologise for the delay in the meal - we had not noticed any delay and the food was worth waiting for anyway. On the Sunday we had a private wine tasting and walked away with bottles of very good wine. We will drink it at leisure and bring back happy memories of a delightful weekend away. We will be back."
