"The accommodation was extremely comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Charmaine did go out of her way to make us feel at home with small gifts on the kids pillows and chocolates on ours. She also arranged that the cleaning lady come in especially to clean up on the Sunday (which I presume was her day off). We were given fresh towels and our refrigerator was once again stocked up with juices and yoghurts. The only downside was that our rental car was broken into much to the excitement of the children. Charmaine did follow up once she had heard of this unfortunate incident and once again called us once we arrived home.
