"We stayed in one of 3 apartments called Heavenly View 3 for a week. At first it seemed a little cramped and a bit noisy. We wanted to sleep with open windows, it’s safe to do that there.
But we soon acclimatised and really enjoyed our seven night stay.

In addition to the two smaller facilities, there is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment which looks out onto the pool area and the ocean. Quite stunning.

The view of the ocean and Muizenburg Beach from the pool area is magnificent. We spent a lot of time in the pool which is effectively sheltered from the wind. There are barbecue facilities and although we did not use them, I guess having a traditional South African braai evening around the pool would really be worthwhile as daylight stretches to 8-30pm during high summer.

The walks around the area where Heavenly View is situated are terrific, particularly if you live in-land and have the energy to take them.

Suzette the owner makes guests feel at home from arrival to check out and judging from the comments written in her visitor’s book, most, if not all visitors, enjoy the Heavenly View Experience.

The accommodation fully lives up to its name, it is indeed heavenly. In the back you have the mountains, in front you have the sea, and to the right of the rooftop terrace you can see a bit of the lake.
Furnished with microwave, stove and oven (and the supermarket just 5 minutes walking distance away), we were able to provide for ourselves nicely.

Rounded up by a very fair price, it is definitely a place to come back to.
