Generally untidy establishment with a lot of unnecessary 'stuff' lying around. Staff member manning the bar was clueless... didn't even know what white wine was!!! A huge tidy up, some uniforms and training for staff, would go a long to help increase occupancy I'm sure. With a little vision and enthusiasm it could be a lovely, interesting stop over for travellers.

I received the review and I will rectify the problems.

There are a few mistakes from her side though.

I was attending the bar and just went out for a short while.The lady I left in the bar was a trainee and also her first day.

The only rules that are stuck up are at the pool.That is saying no shouting ,jumping and loud music.

In the rooms are signs saying no kettles or hairdryers at night as we have solar power and power will trip if these devices are used.

There is a bit of untidiness as we are renovating some of the rooms and for this I must apologize.
