Soft furnishings were dirty, pillows badly stained inside cases, drawers are stuck and handles broken on the chest of drawers.En suite was very small and in poor condition. Damp plaster coming off the walls. Several fittings had been broken off. The window at the shower was plain glass, went below chest height and had no curtain or blind. Breakfast was very average with poor quality food. mostly self serve, toaster was amazingly slow, we had two chipped glass jugs and a cracked glass on our table. Cooked breakfast very small with one rasher of bacon and a tiny sausage for the first 3 mornings. On the last morning all of the chicken nuggets ? were raw inside.Staff were friendly, pool was very clean and another unoccupied room we looked in was very much nicer than ours. "
