The recent addition of Rob as the Chef has given guests the option of enjoying meals on the patio. My family enjoyed a full English breakfast every morning and it was superb. I must quote the rooms were the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen in my life. I was so overwhelmed that I wanted to see the other rooms the way it was designed , frames on the wall beautifully set up , the beddings, the colours the wind back sofas , the curtains everything was just so perfect and lovely. I have never ever come across such a lovely set up in my years of visiting other lodges in the other places. It was just so stunning and lovely. Everything was so neat and tidy, the atmosphere outside was so peaceful and I must say that all I needed was to stay in penny lane to revitalise my body and mind. It even awaked my soul. I have a 1 year old baby girl at the moment, when she stepped into the room, she never cried, like she was unfamiliar with the place, she simply loved it. My mum who’s always in a stress full environment here in Durban, after the weekend visit she was stress free. The cleaners were friendly, the owner of course and his friend were just so friendly and welcoming. Everything was so perfect. Oh and not to forget the breakfast prepared was very tasty. "
