"An absolutely stunning venue with a calm and quiet atmosphere and extremely friendly hosts, the animals were friendly with the horses giving you a relaxed feeling. The view of your surrounding nature was amazing.

As it is a business I suggest that they have a generator on standby, because the electricity in our country is not guaranteed and can go off anytime. Traveling to Magaliesburg with a weight on my shoulders thinking about how I'm going to miss my children. Arriving at Blue Roan, we were welcomed by Judy with this huge smile on her face and the most welcoming attitude. We were shown to our room which was spectacular and very cosy just for the 2 of us.

The weekend was more than I expected. It felt like we were the only 2 people there, a home away from home. Having a weekend away after 2 years of spending time alone together it was absolutely wonderful and would definately do it again.

Blue Roan is on top of my list for private getaways.

Thanks to Judy & Joe for making this a special & memorable weekend and I will definitely be referring people to your place of paradise.
