Elandsheim is situated in the heart of the famous Zulu, Anglo and Boer battle sites, 55 km from Dundee, halfway between Johannesburg and Durban. We are surrounded by privately owned game reserves, rivers and waterfalls and magnificent Zululand thornveld scenery.

We can comfortably accommodate 120 people, making us the perfect venue for conferences, team building, events, school / youth tours, and with our onsite sandstone church, our venue is the perfect place to say your vows.

We offer affordable, comfortable accommodation, ranging from camping and cabins with shared ablutions, to cabins or rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Our kitchen provides home cooked, hearty breakfasts and dinners (limited set menu) at extra cost.

We facilitate many activities on and off site, with trips to nearby game reserves as well as guided tours offered into Zululand as well as the Battlefields of Rorke's Drift, Isandlwana and Blood River.

"it is advertised the room we booked , was ensuite. That is misleading as the room share a bathroom with another room This should be rectified ,because an ensuite room is ensuite , and not sharing a bathroomThe staff were helpful, friendly and wnet out of their way to make our stay pleasant"
