"Stayed in the Sugar Bird cottage for the weekend. Really a very nice place. Very clean and spacious. Unfortunately we missed the note somewhere that it states that the pools are closed which was a disappointment as that was the main reason we chose this place. We wanted to take our dogs with seeing that the yard is enclosed, but luckily we didnÕt as there is no gate and thus the dogs would have gotten out. Everything one need is available in the cottage. I would recommend them to put some sort of gate in to ensure animals cannot leave and purchase something like the KolKol stove for the tub. Installing this will allow people to make use of the tubs all year round and attract more people. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. I was not aware that you wanted to bring dogs, when people do come with pets we have a removable panel we insert into the porch so they cannot escape, we only put this there when pets are booked in with the reservation as not everyone brings their pets with. I will look into the item you recommended for the pool and apologies you missed the disclaimer regarding the pools being closed, this is why are prices are R100 cheaper per person during winter but I will ensure I make this bigger on our advertising for the future.
