We are situated on the outskirts of the village of Himeville, 7km from Underberg, in the Southern Drakensberg. The area is characterized by an abundance of clear rivers, lakes and dams and by unimpeded views towards wetlands and dramatic vistas and rugged mountain beauty. Our Accommodation comprises of twelve elegantly furnished rooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Each room has their own private patio and view of our fully stocked bass dam. On the premises we have an al carte restaurant offering a variety of meals and to go with the meal a well stock wine cellar. For activities, our location is just off the junction leading towards the Sani Pass, we’ll be happy to arrange guided hikes, horse rides, birding and many more. "Somehow just not quite what it should be"

"Very conveniently situated for Sani Pass. Staff efficient, but somehow there is no warmth. The restaurant layout/decor is attrocious sub 1970s steak house. For a 'junior suite' excellent view, generous room, but pricey, there is simply no excuse these days for paltry offering of toiletries, lacking style. This sums up this rather characterless place that ought to be a gem, given its surroundings. It's more up-market motel than 'manor'. "
