"On arrival I was very pleased to see that it was the same place we had stayed at 7 years ago for another family wedding (but couldn't for the life of me remember the name) so it was 'home from home'. When we were leaving my husband discovered that he had misplaced his late fathers signet ring. The family searched the place and then decided it must be in a waistcoat pocket that had been returned - On arrival at our next destination (1 1/2 hrs away) we were informed that the ring was not there ! I suggested to my husband that he phone Geoff and to see if they could try and find it - shortly Geoff phoned to advise it had been found - what a relief - I do not know of many places that go to the trouble Geoff and his staff did - Thank you."
