The facility is well appointed and sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The 3 main bedrooms are fitted with king size beds, ceiling fans and bar fridges. The 4th bedroom (kiddie’s room) has 2 x queen size beds. The main living area is a spacious open plan design with bar, snooker table, DSTV and separate scullery. The main area leads out onto a large covered patio with built in braai and the kiddie’s swimming pool is set back under the trees. The main attractions at night are sitting and relaxing around the evening log fire whilst taking in the cry of the Jackal or the roar of the nearby Lion.

Our friendly staff will do all your washing, cleaning, make the beds and light your evening fires. Our well trained barman will also serve drinks if required. We supply wood but suggest bringing along some charcoal in case you want to eat earlier since the hardwood we supply can take up to 2 hours before you have good coals for the braai.

Leadwood Lodge is let exclusively on a one party per night basis with a fixed rate for the entire facility. This includes complimentary Lion interaction program: Interaction with young lions, bottle feeding of lion cubs as well as a guided tour to the lion, cheetah & tiger enclosures Light refreshments (tea, coffee & a delicious scone each), this is at an extra cost to the client.
