Copacopa Lodge and Conference Centre is a luxurious facility at Lambani (15Km from the Kruger National Park’s Punda Maria Gate).

The nearest town to the facility is Thohoyandou in the Vhembe district of the Limpopo Province. The Vhembe district is unique in its splendour and beauty.

The area incorporates endless expanses of undulating indigenous bush characterised by the remarkable form of the baobab, wonderful wildlife, a profusion of birds and many opportunities for adventure.

We offer lodging and conferencing to leisure, corporate and government guests. We offer a four-bedroomed cottage and 7 en-suite chalets. There is also a conference centre with a 100-seater auditorium, 5 meeting rooms.

The entertainment facilities on offer are:
7 Vhuawelo (Resting places). These are picnic sites equipped with braai (barbeque) facilities and camp style chairs and tables.

A 150-seater Lapa named Dumbukalinga where Traditional African cuisine is served.

A 200-seater Boma named Tshikhophani. This is where we braai. Traditional Venda and Shangaan dances (Tshigombela, Malende and Xibelani) are performed here.

"A LOVELY 7 DAYS AT COPACOPA LUXURY LODGE"

"We arrived on a Saturday afternoon only to be met by a most welcoming receptionist, who showed the accommodation that was available to us. The room we chose was excellent and extremely comfortable and that evening we had dinner in the dining room, which was pretty enjoyable.
We met the one owner of the lodge, and what a pleasant person he was. He directed us to the nearest gate into the Kruger Park, Punda Maria and found the staff manning the gate full of smiles and helpful. We had such a pleasant day that we went into the park every day that we were there.
My wife and I can wholly recommend this lodge to anyone who wants a most enjoyable and restful break.

"Accommodation was fit for purpose, but cramped. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough - washed our car, provided a plug-in mosquito device and gave us an electric fan when it became obvious the ceiling fan in the room was far from sufficient. Also sorted out the lack of water in the bathroom straightaway so that we could shower. Don't agree with the "luxury lodge" description, but fine for an overnight stay at a reasonable price."
