"We had a really wonderful stay at A Cherry Lane. The rooms and units were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was definitely a home away from home. Nita is such a warm and friendly person and made us feel very welcome and at home. The dogs were just as friendly and we were very amazed at how disciplined they were. At times it felt like they were our own dogs. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. It felt like we were far away from the the hustle and bustle of the city and yet we were so close to it. It was really nice to sit outside in the beautiful gardens and listen to the sounds of the birds and just be in touch with nature again. We will definitely stay at A Cherry Lane again and hopefully next time we will be able to stay a bit longer to enjoy the peace and tranquility. The Crouse and Jeremiah families. 13-15 November 2009."

Breakfast is served in a dignified manner, it included eggs and bacon with toasts . The Spa Bath was great on a freezing cold evening. The only problem I encountered was the lack of security. Even though a neighbourhood watch was available. I highly recommend this facility . Will be booking a longer stay there in future. "

"Due to moving house from Pretoria to Cape Town we needed accommodations that would allow us to bring our two cats. A Cherry lane was both friendly and accommodating for our need. However, we were in for a delightful surprise. The chalet was clean and comfortable for all four of us. The hike through nature and the information about the star gazing was a bonus. The topping, however, was the delicious evening meal followed by a well presented breakfast. We hope to go back for just a special rest. We are sorry we only had one night to spend at A Cherry Lane."
