We felt totally spoiled with all the little extras in the rooms and didn't want to leave.
I would highly recommend Kronenhoff to anyone passing through the Eastern Cape, and especially for anyone visiting Addo, as it's right on the border.

We arrived, hot and tired to a warm welcome from Nina, ushered to a magnificent room with all the whistles and bells (bar fridge, air conditioner that worked, a bathroom bigger than our house, etc) and invited to plunge into a beautiful pool surrounded by citrus trees. The calmness about the place, the genuine service ethic and the warmth of those running the show (especially in the dining department) made us feel completely relaxed and at home. All this at a very reasonable price! We will definitely return for another stay when next in the area."

The place was very relaxing, very friendly, lovely and peacefully. Our two girls have had lots of attention, which they enjoued very much. they have fallen in love with all of the staff.

The only thing we regret was the distance to Addo elephant park, it was longer than we thought it would be. It was in particulary the return drive from Addo to Kronenhoff. After a very overwhelming drive in the beautiful park, where we saw so many beautiful animals, we were off course very tired afterwards. So on the way back tot Kronenhoff it was very difficult to keep our eyes open, but we managed and even enjoyed the beautiful look of the citrus trees.

I also remember the delicious meals we had which were superb. After three nights at your place we experienced a very nice and personal approach from all the staff it was difficult to say goodbye. We'll keep you in mind with warm regards.
