The standard of cleanliness was very high. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay convenient and comfortable, nothing we asked was too much trouble. We asked to be served breakfast for two mornings and this, again, was of high quality. My wife and I would not hesitate to return to Martell's B&B. The only negative note, though it was not important to us, was the miniscule size of the TV in the room - though there was a big screen available in the lounge next door."
