Cathy and Simon are excellent hosts and were keen to help maximise the success of our visit, offering ideas of where to eat, routes to take etc. The local Tides restaurant proved an excellent choice on both nights of our stay, and the safe night walking made this even more enjoyable. The accommodation is of a high standard and easy access to our room was a benefit. All additional needs are catered for - filtered water, fresh milk in the fridge, honesty bar and a whole range of bathroom "extras"! Probably the most outstanding feature was Cathy and Simon's breakfasts - the cooked element being imaginative, beautifully balanced and tasty, and a work of art to observe! Fantastic!"

The breakfast was the best breakfast we had during our whole trip, Cathy made the muffins and croissant by herself and they served an excellent warm breakfast which was a real treat for eyes and stomach.
