"We decided on Teniqua Treetops (TT) to experience something different to what we usually went for and was not disappointed that we did it.

We truly had a "in-the-bush" experience. The place is very neat which is a high priority obviously and with those "unexpected extras" like shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, etc being supplied, one gets the overall impression that TT does their best to please their guests.

The continental breakfast delivered to your unit was super. Sleeping in the king-size bed was a dream. Showering and having a bath where you can see the trees was something different and relaxing.

And we enjoyed the host's dog Boo who came to visit and check on us frequently.

Absolutely loved the approx 5.5km hike to the pools and back...reminded us of a cross between Lord of the Rings and the Jungle Book in terms of vegetation. The fairy area was a lovely surprise and the chairs well placed after the STEEP climb! Well worth the effort. The whole experience was everything I dreamed of in terms if staying in a forest.
