Thornhill Safari Lodge, located within the Greater Kruger Park ecosystem, a mere 40km from Kruger Park's Orpen gate.

This area is a premier eco- tourist destination, with ever present views of the Drakensburg Escarpment.

The Lodge offers an affordable getaway with comfortable accommodation in 13 authentic thatch-roof chalets. Vibrant fabrics and local hardwood furniture all create that rustic yet stylish bush atmosphere. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities, overhead fans, mosquito nets and wooden decks that overlook the lodge, pool area and surrounding bushveld.

Guided walking trails throughout the conservancy. Big five drives and walks conducted daily. The lodge also offers optional tours to places of interest. These include, a day drive into Kruger Park, a tour of the Panoramic Route including the Blyde River Canyon or a visit to the cheetah breeding project.

We cater for group bookings, individual guests on self-drives, fly in safaris and honeymoon couples.

Transfers can be arranged from both Eastgate and Kruger Mpumalanga International Airports. All accommodation is on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis with light lunches included. Two game activities are included per bed night.
