"Besides the breath taking views of the estuary directly opposite the house, I will HIGHLY recommend this spacious accommodation to anyone. We booked the main house and even though the cottage which is attached to the back of the house was booked out by different people it did not interfere with the main house at all.
The house is spacious, clean and boasts every possible modern commodity one could think of (including dishwasher, dstv and wifi etc). From the spacious lounge and kitchen to the indoor braai area it was truly a treat to spend the Easter Week end at Estuary Breeze.

"We booked and were given the cottage which is attached to the main house. The pics online are mostly of the main house which draw you in. Ask specifically for the main house if you want a more spacious accommodation. The cottage is neat and tidy and run by a friendly and helpful Melissa who adds value to the place. Appliances didn't really work, it was cramped and the bath facilities are not great. There is a pump (I think for the portable aircon) which is particularly noisy and is situated at the cottage end of the house. Laundry can be done, but your clothes are then hung on the line of the main house (not good for privacy of your goodies). The chalet is on the estuary with easy access to the lagoon and main road with shops and restaurants.

You were not placed in the Cottage, but have requested, and received photos of the Cottage as you requested, prior to your reservation. You requested the Cottage. This is a self-catring unit, and we do not offer laundry services. The laundry service was supplied a a favour. According to Melissa, she requested permission from the guests in the main house to use their laundry line, as the ones at the Cottage was full. We do not use the facilities in the Main House for the Cottage, as the Cottage have their own private facilities. You reported that the issue with the washing machine at 12pm on Friday, 30 December. The electrician was available to fix the machine on the morning of 3 January, which you declined. Only the Cottage has aircons, and I apologise if the noise disturbed you. The only other noise that could have disturbed you is the borehole pump, which is only used for irrigation of the garden during the day. It is switched off in the late afternoon. If you reported that the noise bothered you, we would have gladly switched the pump off.

The photos of the bathrooms are on the website, and according to us, look exactly as it is available in the Cottage. It is not our intention at all to mislead guests with the photos."
