In a perfect world, a swimming pool and few more channels on the TV would have been nice for kids and adults alike, but would not prevent us from returning!"

"After travelling through the scenic Fanschoek and Swellendam area, we arrived at Damas in Worcestor. The weather was cold and the mist and rain gently moved along the vines and creeped up the majestic mountain view. After settling into our rooms, we went in for dinner in the establishment. All I can say is WOW. The menu served a variety of tasty dishes. I chose the steak (medium rare) which was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. The phyllo spinach vegetable accompaniment was creamy and even the kids (who usually hate spinach) ate it. We sipped our last bit of wine and fell into the warm, comfortable beds and slept like babes. This was defiantly a great value for money accommodation and would recommend it to anyone."
