From the moment you arrive till the sad time you depart, the Auberge fills you with total peace and relaxation in a setting reminiscent of the time when this area was first colonised by the French Huguenots. With absolute beautiful surroundings and the majestic mountains of Franschhoek as a backdrop, you would want to stay forever and enjoy the luxury of your room and the stunning surroundings with vineyards and oak trees abound.
The wine farm of 15 hectares is also rich in history with the original farm dating back to 1692 and belonging to a certain de Villiers, the farm being in that precise location. So if you really want to spoil yourself, Auberge Clermont is more than able to oblige!"
