This is a wonderful sunny family home, situated in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, South Africa, about 50 meters from the sea (on Small Bay) and a few minutes’ walk from Big Bay Beach and Eden on the Bay. If you need an accommodation holiday rental close to Cape Town (only 25 minutes’ drive), but want the relaxing atmosphere with the sea in your ears, this is the perfect accommodation for you. This accommodation is within 5 minutes’ drive of all the major kite surfing beaches like Table View Beach, Big Bay, Haakgat and more.

Blaauwberg House sleeps 6 people in two sea-facing double rooms and one twin single street facing room. The rooms are spacious and the sea-facing rooms both have walk out decks onto the patio through sliding doors, also with sea views. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and the main bathroom also has a bath and shower. Two single beds are in the street facing room.

The patio is where you can really relax, soak up some sun and have a barbeque (braai). Great sea views to watch the everlasting sunset. The property has a secure double garage with direct access to the house and remote sliding door.

- Children aged between 0 and 6 pay 50% of the sharing rate.
- Any breakages are for the guest's account.
- No pets are allowed.
- No smoking in the house (there are several balconies and the patio for smoking).

"Our family had an adventurous but relaxing two weeks at this home. Situated on the beach, our most favourite place was on the stoep (the house has a few) watching the sunsets. Kleinbaai is a brilliant beach for kids of all ages - safe bathing for little ones, interesting diving opportunities, fantastic walks, Big Bay is a walk away for surfing and many more.
