5. Easy run in a boat to Boathouse pub and pizza restaurant. Great Bush Pub a further three kms down river

6. Well kept and large lawn in front.

Other points

1. House not as clean as expected ( lots of bugs running around in the main house especially at night) and outside barbecue/braai dirty with fat

2. For first time guests, arrive in daytime, map not as clear as could be, especially if pulling a boat where turning is difficult.

3. House had that shut up smell which meant it took a couple of days to go
