"We arrived there after a very long trip from Europe and nobody answered the bell. We assumed that nobody was there, but when we phoned, we were quite surprised that there had been someone there all the time.

Nobody knew anything about our booking. Fortunately, we had the email from SafariNow available to prove that we had already paid a deposit.

Apart from that, the accommodation was basic, not very practical with a bathtub without a shower curtain as part of the bedroom. Absolutely no space to put your bags. Breakfast wasn't available. We wouldn't stay ther again."
