Taliesin is one of the most beautiful houses on Knysna Lagoon. It has six bedrooms and sleeps 12 in luxury. It is as close to the water’s edge as you can be. High tide comes up to the lower deck. It offers the most luxurious of self-catering accommodation you can find with its own boat dock & heated pool. Solar with back up batteries combat power outages.

It is situated on Plantation Island, one of the Thesen Islands in Knysna Lagoon. The Island is connected to the mainland by a long course way and the community is gated, making the island private and secure.

Taliesin sleeps twelve in luxury. Five of the six bedrooms are ensuite. There is a wonderful feeling of space throughout the house. Lots of windows and high ceilings let the Knysna breezes in.

There is also a two bedroom apartment for rent when the house is vacant. The apartment will have the use of the gardens and pool. This makes it a wonderful place to stay. There is a housekeeper from 09h00 till 15h00 daily to help keep the place clean and tidy, so it is a real holiday for all.

"Taliesin was the best holiday home we have stayed in Knysna. It is the perfect family house for two families, it is equipped with everything you need, the light and space is spectacular, the décor is simple but elegant, the beds were so comfortable we didn’t even want to get out of bed. It is neat and clean, lots of space for the kids, we really enjoyed our holiday. The host was so friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Will Definitely come back again!"
