"Battlefields Country Lodge was this time our first overnight stay after touchdown in Johannesburg and we´d never been there before. So we enjoyed it very much to come to such a generous, open countryside with a lot of space also to walk around. The garden and the houses were in a good and clean condition. We had a warm welcome and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The dinner, served as a buffet was very good and also in a good value for money.
The only thing maybe to add in some bathrooms was, to have the possibility for taking a shower. We only had a bathtub.
In total a good place to stay with a good value for money."
