"Was a lovely getaway to the bush from Johannesburg. People at the reserve were very friendly. Our chalet however was very low on both hot water and water pressure which wasn't great. Otherwise the stay was pleasant."

"Our second time at Mountain View. We stayed at the Boma chalet. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the double bathroom! Dinner was delicious. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed the swimming pool!"

We didn't go for any of the guided game drives, so didn't see any wildlife - it's a shame you're not allowed to do any self-drives ..."

We therefore spent most of the day outside of the private game reserve, exploring the neighbouring areas. We did enjoy our stay there!"
