Interesting museum where George is a walking encyclopedia of the town's history. Adjoining McDougal Bay was also very scenic and has a very protected lagoon. It has an amazing verandah from which you get beautiful sea views - the perfect spot to eat your meals or read a book. The garden and courtyard are lovely, Irene has been a very creative gardener. She is a wonderful host and we really felt at home. The house is fully kitted out, the kitchen is wonderful, there was nothing more that we could've asked for. The beach is literally across the road and it's a short walk into town along the ocean front. Highly, highly recommended!"

The Beachhouse has that real farmhouse feel and is extremely tastefully decorated with a mixture of old and new. It's right on the beach front too. Only negative (nothing to do with the Beachhouse), Port Nolloth gets a lot of wind! If you're looking for a great place to eat, we thoroughly enjoyed Anita's Grill."
